How we work

First the scope, only then layout and colour

A website has one job: to bring the right person to the point of contacting you. Every other decision — structure, copy, technology — follows from that goal.

That is why we start by talking about the scope and purpose of the site, not with a visual design. We agree on what belongs on it and what should happen once it goes live.

We do not promise results we cannot back up, nor “a site like your competitor's, only cheaper”. We say plainly what makes sense for your budget and what is not worth doing.

  • A fixed price in the contract — no hidden extras
  • You always know which stage the project is at
  • Fast on mobile, accessible and easy to read
  • Documentation and full ownership once paid

How it runs

Four stages, with no mystery in between

No weeks of silence and no surprises at the end.

01

Conversation & brief

We learn about your company, your customers and the goal of the site. We agree scope, budget and timeline, and you receive a specific quote instead of vague promises.

02

Concept & design

We prepare the structure, the copy and the visual design. You review finished screens and approve every element before we write a single line of code.

03

Build & launch

We build a fast, accessible and secure site, then configure email, domain and analytics. It goes live on the agreed date.

04

Care & growth

After launch we look at which pages underperform, improve them and extend the site as your business grows.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

If something is missing here, write to us and we will answer plainly.

How much does a website cost?

You will find the scope and price ranges in the packages on the Services page. We give the final figure after our conversation and the brief — and we stick to it for the whole project.

How long does it take?

A simple brochure site usually takes two to four weeks; a larger service six to ten weeks. Pace mostly depends on how quickly you supply content and approve each stage.

Do I need copy and photos ready?

No. We can write the copy and select imagery as part of the project. If you prefer to supply your own material, we prepare a checklist so nothing is collected at random.

Do I own the design?

Yes. Once payment is settled we transfer full rights to the design and the code, plus access to your domain, hosting and every account.

What happens after launch?

We offer a care plan: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes for a monthly fee. You can also keep the site as-is and get in touch whenever you need something.
