An application that reads everything about a PC: CPU and CPUID, disks with SMART data, battery, running hours, drivers, security and licences. The data is collected by PowerShell — WMI, the registry and the event log — so installing it needs no administrator rights, no kernel driver and no background service. There is no networking code in the project: no account, no telemetry.
